      I was a Physical Education Teacher-high school and elementary school,  former high school/ college/club athlete,  former nationally ranked athlete,  Coached -field hockey, boys & girls lacrosse, & boys and girls fencing, and  youth soccer. Official- girls lacrosse, field hockey and dodgeball. Former Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructor, First Aid/Safety and Lifesaving.    Instructor-  aerobics, swimming, tumbling, fitness, water aerobics, teacher training, step aerobics, fit to learn workshops and stress management workshops  White water raft class V . Former member -Philadelphia Women's Golf Association, US Lacrosse Association, US Fencing Association and School Committee Member: Moorestown Friends, Westfield Friends.   Cancer survivor.

  ** Small Group Personal Training.  Do you feel uneasy with the thought of going to a big gym with everyone looking?  You will feel comfortable in our very private setting with the personal attention you need and want.  This is a mixed level class where you will be personally guided with a customized workout and educated to do the best exercises for your individual difference  wants and needs.   Each individual in the class will have their own challenging workout.     
   8 classes (punch card) for $96!!    Open enrollment-start anytime on the days below. You pick the time to arrive, your workout will last 50 minutes - to over an 1 hour depending on your needs, health, age and ability. Gym is open  Tue/Thurs 3:45 PM- 6:00 PM, Tue/Thurs 6:30AM-10:30AM  and Sats 8:15AM- 9:45 AM    Please contact me before your first visit .      *** morning classes please contact me the day before or morning  you plan on attending.               .

5. " SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING"   Individuals or groups/ kids to adults -Physical/mental/sport specific/ and teamwork  drills/games... be the best you can be.   email or call me.  Cost dependss on location, time and number attendees.   I have the most extensive sports training background in the area.

6. YOUR LOCATION  OR MINE -MINI-GROUPS"- small group personal training, each person's individual needs will be addressed.  I bring the equipment and you supply the room. 4-6 people $75 for one session, discounts for several bookings.  Get your friends together and have fun exercising.  Start your own Biggest Loser Contest.

7.  BUDDY BOOTCAMP -  Get a group of friends together, share the low  price.

9..  United States Coast Guard -  Email or call me about my Coast Guard discounts.   I can help you get in shape for your fitness testing at the base.. 

10,  Cancer Exercise One on One-   - prices are similar to the 3 session or 12 session but usually a little less because an hour  session  is usually too long.  Sessions length depends on need, health & ability.  I am a Cancer Exercise Specialist.
