I have helped the elderly with balance/mobility/flexibility, the middle aged get rid of their "middle", the obese person feel comfortable exercising,the non-athletic child learn to enjoy exercise and the athlete reach their potential mentally and physically.

You will feel comfortable in our very private setting with the personal attention you need and want. This is a mixed level class where you will be personally guided with a customized workout and educated to do the best exercises for your individual difference wants and needs. Each individual in the class will have their own challenging workout. 8 classes (punch card) for $96!! Open enrollment-start anytime on the days below. You pick the time to arrive, your workout will last 50 minutes - to over an 1 hour depending on your needs, health, age and ability. Gym is open Tue/Thurs 3:45 PM- 6:00 PM, Tue/Thurs 6:30AM-10:30AM and Sats 8:15AM- 9:45 AM Please contact me before your first visit . *** morning classes please contact me the day before or morning you plan on attending. .
