The whole personal training workout will be surfing specific with effective efficient exercises that are age appropriate. Group/ individual lessons available.
The workout will include exercises for the following needs of a surfer
· Dynamic warmup-elasticity, power and muscle movement
· Balance and recovery
· Higher neuromuscular magnitude of movement and aerobic capacity
· Direction change: acceleration/deceleration, ascend/descend, lateral/diagonal
· Neuromuscular challenges-agility& mind/body movements/reaction time
· Myofascial Release- works on elasticity and very important for injury prevention
· Movement techniques –fundamental locomotion moves
· Corrective exercises
· Muscle Activation
· Strength training
· And a positive attitude towards goals!
